If you signed up through one of our partners to collect funds for an event, project, or campaign you will have to enable WePay and create an account to retrieve your funds.
If this is the first time you’ve tried to access your WePay account, you should have received a confirmation email from support@wepay.com. In this email, you’ll see a blue ‘Confirm’ button that will allow you to verify the account and set a password.
Once you’ve logged in, you just need to click on the ‘Settings” icon and visit the “Trust Center’ tab to finish entering in your personal information.
When you’re ready to withdraw your funds, click on the ‘Withdrawals’ tab to enter in your bank account or request a paper check. Note - paper checks are only available in the US.
