Creating and managing contacts with GroupTools is a breeze. Your contact list contains all of the folks that you plan on inviting or have invited to your events. You can manually enter contacts, import contacts via csv file or import your contact list directly from Google.
Clicking on “New” within your contacts dashboard will give you the opportunity to enter a contact manually. Simply enter and name and email address and you’re all set!
Already have a CSV file containing your contacts? Click on the “Import” Button. You’ll be presented with detailed instructions on how to format your CSV file. Once imported, you can review the contacts you wish to import and complete the process by clicking “Import Selected”. Your contacts will be imported and saved to your contact dashboard.
Have a bunch of contacts within your Google account? Click the “Import” button and click “Choose Google Account”. You’ll be prompted to login and after a few moments, be presented with a list of contacts that you may preview before importing. Once complete, your contacts will be imported and saved to GroupTools.
