Accepting Payments

With GroupTools we made accepting payments from your guests very simple. WePay is an integrated platform that allows you to collect payments from your attendees quickly and securely.

Your guests will have the ability to pay using a debit card, credit card or their checking account through GroupTools. All it takes is just a little information and your payments are recorded through WePay and tracked within your events.

In order to get started using WePay, simply navigate to your GroupTools profile page and activate WePay. Shortly after activations, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete the setup process..

Please note, you will need to finalize your WePay account within 14 days of receiving your first payment. Otherwise, any payments received will be refunded back to your payers.
