Navigating the dashboard

The first screen you will see when you log in will be your “Dashboard”. This screen will give you an overview of everything that you are involved with. At the top of the first box there are two tabs. One for Group Leaders and the other is for Attendees. You will click on the tab that is relevant to you. By clicking that tab, it will alter the quick tips to get you started.

By clicking on the tab “For Attendees”, you will be given several quick tips and a way to navigate directly to the our help center for GroupTools to walk you through the steps it is referring to.

These tabs will take you to our help center to guide you through the process of “Responding to Surveys”, “Accepting Invitations”, “Inviting family, friends and others”, and “Making Payments”.

This tab will only be open at your first login however you can open and close the tab at any time by clicking “Show Resources” to the right of tabs.

The next section of your 'Dashboard' will be our 'Support Resources' to  which will direct you to our self help section by clicking 'Search Our Help center' to provide you with step by step instructions on how to do anything and everything you would need to navigate through GroupTools as an attendee.
There is also a tab to view any 'Release Notes' to view any recent updates made to Grouptools. 

Actions
The Actions section will provide you with any Alerts and Notifications about your current events. In each Alert or Notification, you will have an option to take you to that specific section of that event by clicking ‘Take Me There’, resolve, or you can simply dismiss it and work on it when it is convenient for you.

Events I’m Invited To
Once you sign in with GroupTools, the first screen you will see is your ‘Dashboard’. From this screen, you will see a list of all the events you have been invited to along with the basic information like the name of the event, date, group leaders name, and your status. You will be able to navigate to any event you are involved with from this screen by clicking ‘View Details’ on the right side of the event you would like to see.

Event Surveys In Progress
In this section, you can view the name of the Survey and the date the Survey was created. You can click ‘Get Results’ to the right of that specific survey to view what was voted on and also cast your vote.

Events I’ve Created
If you become a group leader you will also be able to view the same details at the top of the page.

Surveys I've Participated In
Once you have completed a survey, you will be able to view the results of the surveys in this section.
