RSVP to an event

Once the group leader decides to move forward with the event, you will receive an email to RSVP to it. You will be faced with 3 choices. You can accept, stay tentative or decline the event.

If you choose to attend, you will receive a pop up to take you to the sign up page. Once logged in, you will have the option to interact with the group leader, submit payments, invite guests yourself, and also interact with the other guests who have already accepted to attend.

Once you RSVP, you will receive a pop up letting you know this information and suggest you to register with GroupTools. You will be able to click “Sign me up!” right in the pop up window and you can register for the site right from there! You will need to do this to interact with the group.

Once you RSVP to an event, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know what to expect going forward and an example of what other types of notifications you may receive.

Once you are registered, you will have an opportunity to add any of your own guests and also invite other people to attend the event right within the pop up window. Don't worry, if you're not sure who you would like to invite yet, we have you covered. There will be other opportunities to add guests and invitees within the event itself.
