Chances are you’ve received a survey from GroupTools because someone close to you would like you to attend an event they are putting together and using GroupTools to monitor the details and keep track of the best options.
If you are interested in attending, from time to time you will receive a survey to assist the group leader in setting up the best activities for the group.
If you do receive this email invitation with the details of the event. You can respond to this email to let the group leader know what option you would be interested in. You would only be able to choose one choice per survey.
Open the email and click “View Details” and that will take you to the event details.
Here you will be able choose the option you are most interested in and click “I’m Done. Submit my Results” and you will be taken to the create an account page..
If you are not interested, simply click “No thanks, I’m not interested” and it will still take you to the log in page but you can just close this open window.
However, if you change your mind and think this would be a great opportunity to spend time with friends, you can just reopen this email and click “View Details” again and it will take you back to the event details where you can choose your option and create an account.
In theory, this would only be the first step for the group leader and in no way an indication that the event will move forward. If the group leader chooses to move forward with the activities, you will receive an email to RSVP to the event.
