Creating an event

GroupTools has made creating an event very easy. One way we have done this is to give you the opportunity to survey your potential guests to plan the activity that will appeal to them.

We also give you the opportunity to create custom events for anything you would like to plan such as entertainment, sporting events, and even dinner plans.

Once you create your event, some of the activities that are available to you as a Group Leader would be:
