As a Group Leader, when you create an event and add your activities, you’ll have the ability to add different options to your activities. Options, as an example, can be multiple seat locations, accommodation types, sections at the ball field, or any type of option you can think of.
You can add as many options as you would like. Each option you add can have different costs and prices associated with them. GroupTools will automatically calculate the total cost for each option based on the price you enter, making it even easier for you to manage your event activity.
Your potential guests will have a variety of options to choose from based on price points, locations, etc. further adding value to the event experience.
