Navigating your dashboard

The first screen you will see when you log in will be your “Dashboard”. This screen will give you an overview of everything that you are involved with. At the top of the first box there are two tabs. One for Group Leaders and the other is for Attendees. You will click on the tab that is relevant to you. By clicking that tab, it will alter the information to get you started.

By clicking the tab for “Group Leaders”, you will be taken directly to the screens to “Survey potential guests”, “Create an event”, and accessing your profile to “Connect to WePay”. To the right you will see some information as to what you can do as a Group Leader.

Next you will be able to view some of our self help information. You can click "Search Our Help Center" to view step by step instructions on how to do everything you will need to do with GroupTools or you can click "Release Notes" which will show you any recent updates.

*Note: These resources will only be expanded the first time you log in. Going forward, you can always view them by clicking “Show Resource” to the right of the page.

Below this you would see all of the information for any events you are the Group Leader of, any surveys that are currently in process and any Events you're invited to.

Events I've created

In this section, without going into the event details, you can view the following information:

• Event Name
• Event Date
• Number of Invites
• Number of Attendees
• Status of the event (public or private)

Event surveys in progress

In this section, you can view the name of the Survey and the date the Survey was created. You can click ‘Get Results’ to the right of that specific survey to view what was voted on and also cast your vote.

Events I’m invited to

From here you can view all the events that you are invited to. Straight from your ‘Dashboard’ you can view the following information

• Event Name
• Event Date
• Organizer Name
• Your status for the event

To view more details of each event, simply click ‘View Details’ located to the right of the event you would like to view.

Surveys I’ve Participated In

This is where you will be able to see the surveys you have already taken and what the results would be for those by clicking “Get Results” to the right of the survey you would like to view.In this panel you can view the following information regarding the survey.

• Survey Name
• Created Date
• Number of responses
