Creating an Event

As a Group Leader here with GroupTools, we offer you the opportunity to discover, plan and manage your group events. As well as create surveys for insights to attendee preferences, easily communicate with group members, track financials and collect payments, manage forms, get alerts on important dates and to do items, and much more.

We have made creating an event easy with a few simple ways to do so.

The first option gives you the ability to create a full custom event with your choice the event being lodging or activity focused. This option will give you full access from naming and describing your event to customizing every detail including time, date, and location. To view the full walk-through on this process, click here.

The second option is to create an event from a survey. This will give you the option of reaching out to your potential guests via survey with a list of activities to allow them to vote on which one they would be most interested in. With this option, you would be able to start the process of creating your event straight through the survey results.

The third option would be to create an event through Broadway Inbound. In this process, you would choose the show you would like to see through BroadwayInbound.com and reserve your tickets. Once you receive your invoice, it will take you too GroupTools.com to log in or register to create your event.
