Why is my Broadway Inbound Activity pending?
Broadway Inbound activities will remain in pending status until the order has been confirmed by the Box Office and an invoice has been issued by Broadway Inbound.
Your activity may still show pending for a few reasons:
- You have created your event on GroupTools but have not yet placed your Broadway Inbound request
- You have requested tickets from Broadway Inbound but the order has not yet been confirmed
- Your orders has been confirmed, but you have not yet forwarded the invoice to the GroupTools Success Team
I have forwarded my invoice, how will I know when my Broadway Inbound Activity is ready?
The conversion process takes approximately 24 hours from when your forwarded invoice comes through. Once our Success Team has finalized your Broadway Inbound activity, you'll via email so that you can continue customizing your event within GroupTools.
My Broadway Inbound Activity is ready, now what?
Now that your activity is ready to go in GroupTools, you as the group leader have full control to build your event to fit your needs. You can review your the details and pricing on your Broadway Inbound activity and make changes to it, add additional activities such as transportation, dining options, lodging, etc, and begin to invite Attendees to join your event.
