When one of your invited guests makes a payment to you, you will be notified via email as well as when you log in. A payment made through GroupTools will automatically log the payment for you.
From your Dashboard, you can review any payments you have received under the “Payments Received” panel on the right side of your Dashboard.
It will detail the following information for you:
- The date the payment was made
- The method used to make the payment
- The name of the guest who made the payment
- The status of the payment.
If your guest makes a payment through GroupTools it will automatically log it for you. However, if your guest pays you with a check or cash, you have the option of logging that payment yourself in the “Payments Received” box at the top of the page by clicking the plus sign.
