As a group leader, you will want to view all payments sent and received for your event. You can navigate directly to this section straight from the “Menu” .
Once there you will be able to view Attendee payments and Supplier payments. The entries will be sorted by the payment date with the first payment made showing first. You will be able to filter the payments listed by date, type, attendee, and status by clicking those categories at the top of the box.
If there are multiple payments made from attendees at different times you will be able to filter through them by entering the attendees name, date, type, amount or status in the search bar.
You can also filter the payments made to the supplier by Date, Type, Supplier, Amount, and status.
This page will also allow you to distribute the payments to the correct locations to fully record the transaction.
You can also view your payment received within the event itself by clicking the paper in the payment received box at the top of the Event Overview page or viewing the payments received panel on the right of the Event Overview page
