Leading up to the event, you may receive alerts and notifications as an alert at the top of the page when you log in. They will show near the top of your event overview page. The section will be labeled “Open Tasks/Next Steps”..
This box will only appear if there is something that would need your attention as a survey result, a message received, or if there is important information that is needing to be entered for your event details.
If you receive the alert when logged in at the top of your Dashboard, there will be a button to the right of the alert labeled “Take Me there” to take you directly to the page to resolve the task.
Both Group Leaders and Attendees will receive emails when an invite status has changed and when guests are added. In addition, attendees will receive a daily email summarizing all changes to an event and/or the activity changes associated with an event.
